A recommendation to satisfy everyone would be to order the Fajita Nachos with chicken or beef, refried beans, and all the fixings. Add on the Quesadillas. And then get a platter of Queso Loco. Friends will love the layered homemade queso, refried beans, taco beef, and melted cheeses topped with guac, sour cream, and pico de gallo. Now that’s a sampler platter!

Talk about a party! There is no better excuse than our great summer holidays! Catering can save you lots of time and energy. We offer full-service catering or pick-up currently. Make your choice from the area’s best Tex-Mex provided ready-to-serve. Lunch or Dinner – and don’t forget dessert!
We have three buffet options- Fajitas, Tex-Mex, or Choose Your Own Buffet. Add on Queso and Guacamole. And, depending on the number in your group, a mix of desserts. We have Cheesecake, Homemade Flan, Homemade Pralines, and Chocolate Brownies to finish the meal.
A gallon of Sweet Tea and one of Lemonade would go a long way toward quenching the thirst of your party goers! Do you have room to organize a few summertime games? Cornhole and yard size Jenga seem to be popular. And a waterslide is a must if kids are on the guest list!
