How to Make Room for Dessert
Can it really be done? Sure, but it does take a little pre-planning! Especially if a Happy Hour Strawberry Mango Margarita is on your list of must-haves. And if you’re really, really into the chips like so many of us are – this could be tough!
The TORTILLA SOUP & SALAD COMBO is a great choice for making dinner a little lighter. Mexican Inn has been turning out authentic Mexican food since 1936. Reliably the best place for true Tortilla Soup. It comes topped with cilantro and fresh avocado. And really hits the spot. A special treat is the Jalapeno Ranch dressing on the side salad.
CHICKEN TEJANO is another great choice. You’ll get freshly marinated and grilled chicken topped with a mix of sauteed mushrooms and onions, poblano peppers, pico de gallo and Monterey jack cheese. You choose either charro beans or black beans. And enjoy the Mexican rice.
Can’t help but think that the CHILE RELLENO would leave a little extra room for dessert too. Pick chicken or cheese. Then top with either ranchero sauce or queso along with Jack cheese. Add Mexican rice and Charro beans for a well-rounded meal.
