Where Did It Go?
Seems only last week we were talking about cold weather and then planning summer vacations! Well guess what? It’s time to do it all over again in 2023. But what are you going to do differently this year? No doubt, every year should include making sure you find and enjoy the best fajitas nearby!
The Value of Change
And there isn’t a better time to try new things than on the 1st day of a new year! After all, it’s ushered in by festive lights and beautiful decorations, warm inviting smells, presents, and then phenomenal fireworks all over the world!
Isn’t it good to track new habits to how things are going? Day 1 2023 is day 1 on almost every calendar. And better yet, many calendars track days by number of days from 1/1. The math is simple.
Research over the past few years shows us the value of relationships. And the increased value of being close enough to touch, hear nuances in someone’s voice and see their expressions as well as body language. The warmth of love, twitch of discomfort and tiny hint of a nod of encouragement.
Mark your own calendar now to share a meal with people you love. Or people you’d just like to get to know better. Or people who make you laugh. Or challenge you thinking.
Mexican Inn Cafes are happy to host these face-to-face encounters! And - BONUS - sharing a Tex-Mex feast also allows you to taste a little of everything on the menu! Find the closest Mexican Inn Café HERE and send the invites. And make sure someone orders the best fajitas nearby!
Location! Location! Location!
A combination restaurant/casino, Mexican Inn was an active partner in the blending of two cultures. Adding Texas beef and yellow cheese to a Mexican staple that could be eaten by hand and traveled well, started what we now know and love as Tex-Mex cuisine. That one little restaurant in 1936 and some unique advertising by a donkey named Star!
