Let’s look at your options.

Appetizer Building Blocks – Homemade like Most Things on the Menu!

Here are the simple and most delicious items first.

Pico De Gallo is made daily with the freshest ingredients we can find. While some restaurants boast several sauces, we stopped after developing the perfect blend of tomatoes, cilantro, onions, peppers, and seasoning.

Guacamole is the other Tex-Mex staple. To be successful, a restaurant has to have a good Guac. You won’t be disappointed with what you get at any of the 9 Mexican Inn Cafes. We serve only the best!

The Major Appetizers

Choose from the Queso Blanco, homemade from a blend of white cheeses, or Traditional Queso, also, of course, homemade. Customers can’t get enough of this creamy gold on perfect tortilla chips! Let the cheese lover in you come out and party!

Get really wild and crazy and order up the Queso Loco! This is almost like – but not quite like, dipping up your own Deluxe Nachos. Not quite. Or maybe it’s more like a 7-layer dip? It’s made with refried beans, seasoned taco beef, and melted Jack and Cheddar cheeses. All of that is topped with guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo. That does add up to seven very tasty layers.

Let’s look at the Deluxe Nachos to compare. Cheddar and Jack cheeses – Check! Taco meat – Check! Refried beans – Check! Pico de Gallo, Sour Cream, and Guac! Check! Check! Check! But here it is – Deluxe Nachos are put together then heated to melt the cheese and blend the flavors. Jalapenos top this off. What’s your vote? Are they the same or different?

Fajita Nachos – The same or different? Slightly different!! Just swap the taco beef for fajita beef or chicken! Always full of flavor and filling!

Do you need something fried to go with this? Mexican Inn has your back! Choose Chicken Flautas. Shredded chicken and cheeses rolled in corn tortillas and fried to an irresistible golden-brown crunch! Dip in zesty Avocado Chipotle Dressing & pico de gallo for a crispy treat.

Who doesn’t like Quesadillas! Melty cheese, fajita meat, poblano peppers, caramelized onions stuffed between grilled flour tortillas. Sides of pico de gallo, jalapenos, guacamole, and sour cream.

Last – the Star Sampler, named after the original family pet burro. Quesadillas, Flautas & Deluxe Nachos.
