BRISKET ENCHILADAS are a wonderful warm mix of freshly made flour tortillas. Slow-smoked brisket is folded in and then queso blanco finishes the dish. These are served 2 per plate.
CHICKEN ENCHILADAS come with 3 on each plate. Tortillas are filled with shredded chicken and topped with sour cream sauce. Refried beans and rice also come with this.

Probably it’s most iconic symbol, you’ll walk the brick streets and experience the cattle drive of the Fort Worth herd of longhorn twice daily. Gunfights are staged on the weekends, and they still hold rodeos in the Cowtown Coliseum.
Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo
This annual event draws exhibitors from all over the state The 2022 show begins January 10th and runs through February 5th. Rodeos, livestock shows, Horse shows Concerts & entertainment, wine events, auctions, and special days. It is really a lot of fun. The professionals are riding the bull as well as the clowns. Performers are top-notch. And any barnyard animal will have its day! Loads fun and so much to see.
Kimbell Art Museum
This is one of many excellent museums in Fort Worth. It hosts its own art and also brings in excellent traveling art exhibits. It’s always best to check their website for current exhibits. Plan to do a little walking, the museum is fortunate to have two large buildings on its grounds.
Fort Worth Botanical Gardens
One more of many great things to see in Fort Worth. The Gardens have recently partnered with the Botanical Research Institute of Texas.
