History
Mexican Inn Café has been in Fort Worth for nearly 9 decades serving the best Mexican food. In fact, they were a part of creating what is now so popular – Tex-Mex! Yes, they were one of the earliest restaurants to blend true Mexican food with Texas beef, yellow cheese, and white flour. Can you imagine Mexican food without Flour Tortillas?
And frying tortillas for tortilla chips wasn’t even a thought back then!
You could say that Mexican Inn Café has come a long way but really, many of the recipes used today came from that earliest kitchen.

THE FAJITA BUFFET - includes original chips and guacamole, beef and chicken fajita meat & vegetables, sour cream, cheese, pico de gallo, refried beans, and Mexican rice. Cutlery and serving utensils can also be included.
TEX-MEX BUFFETS – comes with original chips and salsa, refried beans, and Mexican rice. You’ll choose from the following as the main course-
Tiffin Hall Buffet with cheese enchiladas and a taco bar
Cheve Buffet with brisket enchiladas and a taco bar
Fort Worth Buffet with chicken enchiladas and a brisket taco bar.
