Something for Everyone

You provide the invitations, and we will surprise and delight your guests with an amazing buffet! The Mexican Inn Café group of restaurants loves to show off its Tex-Mex expertise.

Choose the Fajita Buffet and the aromas of marinated and beautifully grilled beef, chicken, onions, and pepper will greet your guests. Of course, they’ll start with our own Original Chips and Salsa.

Hopefully, they’ll leave a little room for Refried Beans and Mexican Rice. Toppings of sour cream, freshly grated cheese, and other goodies will also be available. No one will leave hungry!

So many options! If fajitas aren’t right for your group, you might choose from one of several other buffet options. Think about Cheese Enchiladas, Chicken Enchiladas, and/or a Taco Bar.

And you can always Create Your Own Buffet! Arroz con Pollo, Cheese, Beef, or Chicken Enchiladas, Crispy or Soft Tacos, or Tamales.

You tell guests where and when and tell us what you want to serve. We will handle everything else.
