The Entrepreneur blazes his own trail, preferably on the edge! And this describes fits Tiffin Hall, founder of the original Mexican Inn Café in 1936, to a tee! The first restaurant had dining on the 1st floor and gambling on the second!
In his honor, The Entrepreneur orders TIFFIN HALL for everyone. Nearly a dozen items include a small guacamole salad, chile con queso, one crispy taco, two cheese enchiladas, one tamale with chile con carne, Mexican rice, and refried beans. Phew, that’s a lot!
